Jeremy P. Kleiman – Jeremy focuses his practice on regulatory and business law. He specializes in gaming-related corporate, regulatory, licensing and compliance matters. Prior to rejoining Saiber, Jeremy served as Executive Vice President, Regulatory & Business Affairs for Coastal Development, LLC, a developer, investor and operator in casino resorts and racetracks. In that role, Jeremy was responsible for the company’s legal affairs, government relations and compliance functions, as well as sourcing, negotiating and executing on a number of business
Jennine DiSomma – Jennine represents management in all aspects of employment and labor law. She regularly provides employment counseling and legal advice on a wide range of workplace issues including discipline, medical leaves, employment agreements, and termination decisions as well as separation agreements. Jennine also prepares employee handbooks and policies, and provides training on various topics, including appropriate conduct in the workplace.
Michael Grohs – Michael concentrates his practice in the litigation of business disputes in state and federal courts. He has experience representing corporate clients and individuals in a wide variety of commercial disputes and also general litigation matters in New Jersey and New York courts. Michael also handles employment and certain transactional matters for his clients. He counsels corporate clients in matters arising in the workplace, including the hiring and firing of employees, claims of discrimination, internal investigations, company policies and employee handbooks, enforcement of confidentiality and other post-employment restrictive covenants.
Alexander C. Banzhaf — Alex concentrates his practice on business litigation and counseling. Alex is the author of the New Jersey Cannabis Counsel blog where he tracks and analyzes developments in New Jersey’s efforts to legalize recreational cannabis and the potential impact on cannabis businesses in New Jersey. Alex is also a member of the New Jersey Cannabusiness Association.
