Michael Grohs – Michael concentrates his practice in the litigation of business disputes in state and federal courts.  He has experience representing corporate clients and individuals in a wide variety of commercial disputes and also general litigation matters in New Jersey and New York courts. Michael also handles employment and certain transactional matters for his clients. He counsels corporate clients in matters arising in the workplace, including the hiring and firing of employees, claims of discrimination, internal investigations, company policies and employee handbooks, enforcement of confidentiality and other post-employment restrictive covenants.

Justin Calta – Justin’s practice focuses on the representation of businesses and individuals in real estate and corporate transactions, with a particular emphasis on zoning, land use and re-development, commercial leasing, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law and business counseling.
